Strengthen operation management and prohibit illegal operations.
There must be strict operating procedures for the startup and operation of fans. For example, high-temperature centrifugal fans need to be started without load and it is strictly prohibited to start with a load. Especially when the boiler is firing up, the flue gas temperature is too low. When starting the firing operation, turn on the induced draft fan first and run it for 10 minutes to remove the ash or combustible gas in the furnace and flue before starting the blower. If the blower is turned on first and then the induced draft fan, it will not only increase the load of the induced draft fan, cause the motor to overheat and burn out, but also may lead to a furnace explosion accident.

Support regular overhaul of high-temperature centrifugal fans and strictly control the quality of maintenance.
Eliminate potential hazards in the early stage of accidents at the embryonic stage. During the overhaul, carefully check the wear of the impeller, the balance of the main shaft and impeller during operation, whether there is any looseness or collision in the internal connection, whether the inlet baffle switch is flexible, and the lubrication and cooling of the bearings.
