How to Solve the Problem of Bearing Oil Leakage in Belt-mounted Centrifugal Fans

To completely solve the leakage problem, the method of introducing vulcanized rubber into the coupling and adding vulcanized rubber to the guide ring was adopted.

To better address the issue of the rolling bearing housing of the centrifugal fan, a negative pressure plate was used and the oil was introduced into the heat dissipation pipe of the negative pressure pump assembly, which solved the problems of the heat dissipation shaft of the original oil sump and the ground pollution. The accumulation of oil and grease on the heat dissipation fan led to the environmental pollution of the propeller on the heat dissipation fan. The application of grease was increased and the total amount of oil in the re-oiling system was increased. However, due to the improvement of the installation of the exhaust pipe joint and the angle joint, the oil leakage problem remained unresolved.

After a long period of observation, when entering the fuel tank, a strong air current could be seen in the fuel tank. At atmospheric pressure, the grease sprayed a strong air current onto the medium plate. The fuel tank of the vehicle is used to refuel the vehicle. The air current blew out from the flowing hyperbolic-shaped reversed vortex. The rolling bearing generally operates at high speed. The external and shaft-mounted illumination lamps introduce gas into the storage chamber. The closing of the storage seat and the bearing end cover with labyrinth seal easily exerts pressure on the inner cavity. The smoothness of the air current compression depends on the axial direction between the shaft of the fan and the shaft of the propeller, as well as the smoothness of the annular heat dissipation fan on the inner side of the rolling bearing.
