What is the overall structure of a centrifugal fan?

  1. A centrifugal fan consists of a casing, a main shaft, an impeller, a rolling bearing transmission mechanism, an electric motor and so on.
  2. Casing: It is made of thick steel plates, which is sturdy and reliable. It can be divided into integral type and semi-closed type. The semi-closed type is convenient for maintenance.
  3. Impeller: It is composed of blades, a curved front plate and a flat front plate.
  4. Rotor: It should have undergone static balance and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth rotation and good performance.
  5. Transmission part: It is composed of a main shaft, a bearing housing, roller bearings and a pulley (or a coupling).
