Factory equipment, including low noise ventilators like dust removal ventilation devices, are routinely maintained by our skilled technicians. This not only reduces maintenance and replacement costs but also enhances their efficiency. As you may know, routine checks focus on various internal components of the centrifugal fan.
I. Periodic minor repairs can extend the lifespan of centrifugal fans:
a) Inspect screw connections and base rotation of the fan;
b) Clean bearings, bearing box, oil tank, etc., and adjust the gap of bearings;
c) Verify shaft couplings and specific status of connected pumps;
d) It’s necessary to reinforce the anchor screws of the fan to ensure no loosening or deformation.
II. Extensive repairs improve both longevity and work output:
(1) We will promptly replace parts and seal machinery during maintenance;
(2) Thoroughly check key components such as shafts, sleeves, bearings, impellers, pump casings, pump covers for wear, corrosion, cavitation, deciding whether to replace major components of the centrifugal fan based on actual conditions;
(3) When replacing the shaft coupling, diaphragm, and reinforcing screws of the fan, we’ll also replace precision components such as oil seals, gaskets, and pump bodies in a timely manner.
