Inspection work of centrifugal fans.

Nowadays, many industries use centrifugal fans for ventilation, dust removal, and cooling work, and the working time is also very long. Therefore, in order to prevent the equipment from malfunctioning during use, we need to carry out a series of inspections on the equipment to ensure that there will be no problems during the use of the equipment and affect our normal work. So what inspection work do we need to perform on centrifugal fans?

Daily routine inspection of centrifugal fans:
(1) By touching the casing, check whether the centrifugal fan is operating abnormally, such as vibration level, etc.;
(2) Check whether the belt-driven centrifugal fan is operating normally and whether the belt is cracked or loose;
(3) Check that the muffler and flexible connection are intact;
(4) Check for recognizable damage and abnormalities.

Weekly routine inspection of centrifugal fans:
(1) Check the noise and temperature of the motor;
(2) Check whether the impeller of the centrifugal fan is regular;
(3) Check the noise and temperature of the bearing;
(4) Check whether there are abnormal places in the monitoring system, temperature, and vibration equipment.
