Some ask, how high can it withstand? High-temperature fans refer to those operating in a temperature range of 0 – 800 degrees Celsius. While most can handle up to 800 degrees Celsius as the working temperature (not environmental), Baisitu specializes in high-temp fan production, capable of withstanding around 850 degrees Celsius.

They are classified into three categories according to heat tolerance:

High-temperature fans for 140°C to 400°C; 400°C to 600°C; and 600°C to 900°C. Each is built using varying stainless steel grades. For operation above 1000°C under specific conditions, titanium material is required.

High-temperature fans operate similarly to regular ones except they come equipped with heat dissipation fans and insulation plates between the housing. They are thus ideal for high-temperature applications.
