Optimal Selection of Boiler Fan Equipment

Upon choosing a boiler blower apparatus, the initial step is to ascertain vital details such as the location of your desired fan unit, environmental attributes, and frequency in order to make an informed decision about the model, temperature and environment suitable for the fan. It’s also important to verify if flammable or explosive substances are present.

The air volume and pressure of the boiler fan should be calculated based on the rated evaporative capacity of the boiler unit. When selecting, ensure that the repetitive operating region of the fan is within its optimal range. The performance data outlined in sample fans and the fan name plate refers to the performance when the fan efficiency does not fall below 90%, making it valuable for your selection process. When dispatched, a minimum allowance of 10% air volume and 20% air pressure should be maintained when arranging fans individually. If dispatched, fans can be arranged centrally under suitable conditions, expanding the allowances for air volume and air pressure accordingly.

When deploying two or more boilers with centralized blower devices, each boiler must come equipped with a watertight gate to prevent air leakage.

After determining the resistance and flow rate of the boiler wind and smoke channels, the wind pressure and air volume of the fan can be numerically computed according to pertinent methods, followed by selecting an appropriate fan from the product sample of the fan.
